CORE
Leadership Program for Grades 8-10
This camp is designed to stretch, challenge and grow your leadership skills as well as your shape your spiritual foundations. Learn from senior camp leaders and share the journey with trusted friends.
The world can be difficult, if we are to succeed we will need to be grounded in faith, confident of ourselves, and able to engage and communicate with those around us. CORE is a step in that journey.

Volunteer opportunities will give you hands on experience alongside trusted guides and mentors. Gain valuable experience while having a blast with friends! It will be hard-work for sure, but you won’t be alone, and the journey will be worth it.
Leaders in Training
Grades 9-11
Young leaders are the heart of our staff team, serving in all areas and growing in leadership along the way.
Attend Staff Training and serve for 1-7 weeks this summer at Bayside!
The LIT Program has a revised and updated structure to include:

Leadership Labs and Teaching Sessions
Special LIT Activities and Day Trips
Structured Training and Mentorship
For leaders who have graduated Grade 9,10 or 11 (must have graduated grade 10 to serve in a cabin)
